How are those doubleunders coming along, Warriors?? Are you practicing??

We're tackling dips and the barbell complex today, Warriors. Mobilize those shoulders. Full range of motion on dips is getting those shoulder parallel with your elbows. And we work our core at the same time because you have the keep your abs engaged.

As for the barbell complex, just get through it friends. Remember, the magic number of reps is 6! One complex = 6 deadlift + 6 bent over rows + 6 hang cleans + 6 front squats + 6 push press + 6 back squat + 6 pushups.
