MEMORIAL DAY * MONDAY, MAY 27th
We will be operating on Saturday hours:
WODs at 8 AM and 9 AM, and open gym from 10 AM to 12 PM
We will be closed after 12 PM

in honor of all those who served for our country.

We're taking on snatch today. Make those hips EXPLODE UPWARDS. Do not hesitate. Do not pass go. Jump that effing bar off the ground and KEEP. IT. CLOSE. If you smack yourself in the hips, boobs, or face, then congrats. You done good, Warrior. 

If you choose to do full snatches (i.e., catch the bar in a full, deep overhead squat), then remember once you're up tall, you're pulling yourself under the bar. Again, this is FAST. Like Jimmy John's delivery fast. UPDOWN. Do not hesitate. Do not pass go.

Be aggressive. B-E aggressive. B-E-A-G-G-R-E-S-S-I-V-E. ATTACK. How many ways can I tell you to go fast on this lift? As many times as it takes. Chase your weakness, Warriors. Today is your day.
