It's a deadlift kind of day and if we've said it before, we'll say it again: IT IS ALL IN THE DAMN LEGS AND ASS. If you feel anything tug your your lower back (where the small of your back is), then you're doing it wrong. SO, get those shoulders set by squeezing your shoulderblades together, tighten up that mid-section like someone is going to punch you in the abs, and use your butt and legs to raise and lower the bar. YOU are the BOSS. Don't let that bar sass you...

Strength
1 RM deadlift, then
1 deadlift @70% 1 RM every 10 seconds for 20 reps

4 min stations:  
- thrusters (95/65)
- CTB pullups
- row for distance
- 10 pushups, 10 situps
- Farmers carry (count lengths) (95/65)
