Hey y'all, as per usual, we're dealing with squats. Squats are fundamental to human existence. We squat when we sit. And we sit a lot. The more you squat, the easier it gets to hang with your kids or pets on the floor, the easier it gets to load the DVD player, the easier it gets to find that crap you shoved in the back of your lower cabinets. Plus, it gets easier to climb stairs, step up on ladders, and lift heavy things from the floor. The squat will see you through to your oldest age.
With all of those benefits in mind, practice getting below parallel today. Practice pushing out your knees as you go down in your squat and as you come out of your squat. Push through your heels and the outside edges of your feet. And last but not least, keep your chest high, particularly on that front squat.
