You have your choice of WOD today. As for which one you should pick -- choose to work on your weakest link and make some progress (e.g., full depth handstand pushups OR stringing together kipping pullups).

You're perfect at all the movements listed in both WODs? Then maybe you can set the Rx record on the board for the most rounds in 20 minutes. Don't let yourself cop out for a break or a specific pace.
