Looking for an economical way to CrossFit and obtain college credit this fall?
Starting on the 27th of August and lasting until 17 December, we are offering a one credit weight-training (CrossFit) class twice per week through Muscatine Community College: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 PM.
If you do the math, the cost for a one-credit class is $134 through MCC. That means you're paying just over $4 per class if you exclude Thanksgiving.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the science behind why CrossFit works, why we're becoming so fat as a society, and specific physiological adaptations that takes place, consider signing up for a 3-credit class named Contemporary Health Issues (HSC-106 - Tues & Thurs at 1:30-3 PM.
