HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING ON IMPROVING YOUR MOBILITY?
Yesterday I talked about goals and why they are important. It is difficult to achieve some goals in the gym if you neglect taking care of your body in terms of flexibility and range of motion. Visit our handy dandy chart of stretches and mobility exercises for those common trouble spots like shoulders, knees, and hips. Minimum stretch time is 2 minutes per joint per side of the body or until you see change/relieve pain. Do this before and after a WOD and at home.
