What are your goals? What would you like your body to be able to do? Function well and fully through the years? Lift your bodyweight or more overhead? Run a mile? 2 miles? 26.1 miles? Goals keep us motivated and engaged in the world around us. Goals help us to meet new people, expand our horizons, and become better, more interesting people. Goals are sharing points that help us connect with each other and with the world. So check your damn goal sheet already. The year is already more than half over.
