Today's WOD is a series of quick AMRAPs (completing As Many Rounds As Possible in a set amount of time). You 5 minutes to find a 3 rep max for deadlift, then a 2 minute break before seeing how far you can row in 5 minutes. Continue on until you get through all the AMRAPS.
WOD
5 min AMRAPS, 2 min breaks in between AMRAPs:
- 3 RM DL
- Row (distance)
- 6 thrusters (115/75), 3 rope climbs (1 if seated and legless)
- 6 clapping push-ups, 16 toes-to-bar
- 6 box jumps (24"/20"), 6 KB push press (53/35)
