The warning signs of breast cancer are not the same for all women.
The most common symptoms are a change in the look or feel of the breast,
a change in the look or feel of the nipple and nipple discharge.

Back squat, y'all. Push those knees away from each other with all your might as you come up from the bottom of your squat. And if you tend to hinge forward, doing nearly a good morning with your barbell as you come up from your squat, focus on keeping your chest high and your ab muscles engaged throughout the lift. Ain't nobody got time for a barbell rolling forward over their head.
