Day 9 of our dip challenge!

On Tuesday night I sent out an email to Warrior Nation (& Friends!) with a potpourri of news. If you didn't get it, then that's probably because I am about 2 months behind in updating our mailing list. Please don't take it personally - I'm catching up on a lot of things now that I get more than 2 hours of sleep in one shot. Here's what you missed:

Below are links to our newsletter archive, in case you missed November, December, and this month's newsletters from us. I neglected to send out mass emails distributing those mostly because I am behind in updating our mailing list!

Additionally, here are some items of note that a) I would like to highlight, or b) came up after I published January's newsletter.

1) If you are competing in or coming to cheer on the competitors at Saturday's Garage Games CrossFit competition in Moline AND you are interested in carpooling, please meet at WCFM at 7 AM this Saturday, 01/11.

2) WCFM Ladies' Nite is BACK!
- January's ladies' nite is at 8 PM on Friday, Jan. 17th at Wine Nutz in Downtown Muscatine. Ladies, bring a friend, bring a snack to share, and get ready to chat!
- February ladies' night celebrates Molly Connor's Bday (the big 4-0!) as well as the bdays of those born around that auspicious date. We're kicking things off by taking over the 6:30 PM WOD on Friday, Feb. 7th, then the plans are anything goes from there.

3) We need volunteers for our 2nd Annual MuscaVegas St. Paddy's Throwdown. Last year's event was such an awesome success because of our amazing volunteer judges and coordinators. They kept the heats running smoothly and the results coming in quickly. If you are not interested in competing, please consider helping us out for some or all of the day on Saturday, March 15th. Please sign up on the front bulletin board, or email/text/call us to let us know you would like to volunteer.
