Games Athletes,

The Crossfit games are upon us. This is the ultimate score card in our sport. This is your chance to see where you rack and stack. Keep in mind that more athletes than ever have signed up for the games, so if you wind up 45,345th in your division, have some perspective. You can filter results by gym, state, age, and a variety of other categories. 

Fact:  All of us are going to get whipped in a specific WOD; maybe more than one. My challenge to you is to acknowledge your shortcomings, and actually DO SOMETHING to fix them before next year's games. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...time to look in the mirror. 

Regarding specific advice for the WODs, all I can say is get out of your head and go to work. If you stay on your bar, wall ball, or box long enough, that feeling of discomfort will eventually be replaced by something else. The great thing about free will is that at anytime you can quit feeling sorry for yourself and go to another level. 

Compete, measure, and improve. That's what it's all about. Good luck to all!
