We will be operating on Open Gym hours (8 AM to 12 PM)

Today, you have 3 tries and 3 tries ONLY for each lift. So look at your binders and know what weights you want to go for on each attempt. Click on the link for CrossFit Total to know what I'm talkin' about. And if you want one tip that will get you through most lifts? Big breath in at the start and exhale on the strain (i.e., exhale when you need to get out of the bottom of the squat, or lift the deadlift, or get the bar above your eyebrows on the press).
