Jordan, Frank, and Sara just handstandin' around after Day 2 of Regionals
The CF Games Regionals were this past weekend and the crowd was bigger than ever, with even tighter competition among the teams and individuals. It was amazing to see the difference in athlete performance between the first heats (with the lowest seeded athletes) and the last heats (with the top seeded athlete). The level of athleticism rises each year that CrossFit gains popularity as not just a fitness regimen, but as a sport. Check out who is going to the CrossFit Games in July here.

Many of our Warriors came away from their spectating experience with new goals back at the box. As always, and we can't say this enough, CrossFit is all about PROGRESS. Be able to do more with your body than you could the day before. Always push yourself to achieve full range of motion, to master new skills, to perfect the basics, and to chase your weakness. Yes, it can be scary to work on skills or movements you hate. Yes, it can be frustrating and disappointing to not see any real progress despite your best efforts. Every attempt, however, gets you closer to achieving your goal and inspires others to work hard to achieve their goals. So, check back in with those goals sheets in your binders and assess where you are and where you need to go. Don't forget, too, to pat yourself on the back for how far you have come already!

Tada gun irracht. Nothing without effort.
