Jefferson PTO Buffalo Wild Wings Fundraiser Jefferson PTO is holding a fundraiser at Buffalo Wild Wings in Muscatine on Wednesday, May 21st, which is kid’s night. This is not one of the traditional pack the house nights at Buffalo Wild Wings. You can eat at any time during the day, you just have to show a picture of the ticket above to your waiter/waitress. You can use this for eat in or carry out purchases. When you order just show the waitress the ticket and they will mark your order that Jefferson PTO will receive 10% of the sales.

Nancy. She is MY FAVE. But then again, me likey the OHS. So, some tips on ye old OHS (a.k.a. lift of death, hatred, and Satan):
- Find a focal point and focus all your hate-fire energy toward said point throughout the lift
- Y'all, ain't nothing relaxed in this lift. Active shoulders, tight core - from sternum to groin, and gritted teeth throughout the whole lift. That's where the bullet point above comes in handy.
- Palms UP. Pretend you are balancing a waiter tray in each hand - throughout the whole lift.

And perhaps do some mobility work on your thoracic spine area, too. Like every day. FOR-EV-ER. Seriously, the stretching works. I must ask - why do y'all prefer getting uncomfortable during a WOD (where the result could be injury) over getting uncomfortable in a STRETCH, which could help you in and out of the gym? Discuss.
