Thought for your WOD:
When things get tough I think, "I am so grateful I am healthy and able to move my body."

Appreciate your current abilities and capabilities, ESPECIALLY when the WOD gets rough. There are many out there that would like to do what we do and they are truly limited by forces other than their own excuses. Do what you can with what you have and always strive for progress. You will reach the end of the WOD and your goals with continual effort. Tada gun irracht.
