The Big 24 is making a reappearance for the next 3 Fridays, including today. For those unfamiliar or those that are amnesiacs, this untimed WOD focuses on TECHNIQUE, FORM, and STRENGTH. 

Use your time wisely to work on the effectiveness of your lifting. Additionally, use your rest time to stretch and mobilize your front rack and overhead squat positions. 

Learning to lift correctly with proper form and technique will a) keep you healthy and b) allow you to PR more often. So get your ego out of the way and work on tweaking your technique.

  • 8 Rounds: 3 hang squat snatch + overhead squat
  • 8 Rounds: 3 power clean + push press
  • 8 Rounds: 3 squat cleans
