Today we meet up with a CrossFit classic, "Fight Gone Bad". The goal should always be consistency without sandbagging. I know you can always get 3 reps per round; however, that's not really pushing your redline. The weights are meant to be light, yet challenging to your stamina. The time is short, so focus on shutting down your brain and going for one extra rep as the time ticks down before moving onto the next station. In short, focus on sitting in the suck for longer than you would like for that extra rep. It will serve you well.
