WOD
Alternating minutes for 10 minutes
3 Hang squat snatch just below knee (increase weight each round)
20 double unders
--
Partner WOD
50 sandbag getups (80/60)
50 pullups (1 muscle up = 5 pull-ups)
30 shoulder-to-overhead 135/95
One person works at a time for the aforementioned
Row 500 m each while partner planks; must be unbroken or 3 mins added to overall time
