MARCH 2nd the following will happen:
- Monthly CrossFit fees are due.
- Our next cycle of the beginners' on-ramp program with Kyle begins for $50.
- Muscatine Barbell Club starts its 12-week strength training program. This program will run on an open gym schedule with some structure. Hours for the afternoon will be 4 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. Membership is $100 per month for non-Warrior CrossFit members and $50 per month if you are a current member of WCFM. Contact Kyle for details either by email or phone at (563) 299-0315.
- CrossFit Open WOD scores will need to be submitted prior to 5 PM.
