Iron Man, or just Jerzy? |
I don't know if I made myself clear enough. Train good positioning. Do it light, do it right. Today is again one of those kind of days where you need to check your ego at the door and treat your deadlift rounds as PRACTICE of perfect form. Nice flat back with your shoulders back and your lower abs engaged -- get a friend or hound a coach to watch you and let you know if you're getting rounded or uber bendy. If you are, then back off the weight and do it right. Practicing poor form only begets more poor form. Ergo, this is the time to focus on doing it right because guess what? You only have ONE SET of vertebrae.
WOD
