Just waiting to squat
We're nearing the end of the month and you know what that means! Coach Sarah is working on the newsletter. If you have any upcoming events you would like included, please let Coach Sarah know ASAP. 

Speaking of the newsletter, as I gather all the tidbits of information that I include in each issue, it always astounds me the connections that CrossFit fosters. It is wonderful to see the friendships that have formed among all of you as the months and years pass by. There are folks we see every day that have become BFFs because they met each other or became closer by working through the highs and lows of CrossFit. Thank you WCFM'ers for being such a fun, welcoming, and enthusiastic group of athletes and friends. Y'all are the reason that people keep coming back because you make the atmosphere so welcoming and fun. Keep up the great work!
