NOTE: 17-21 August is benchmark week. This is a chance to input/retest some benchmark WODs in your performance binders. It will be conducted in an open gym format. Kyle will oversee the noon and evening hours, and Ryan and Beth will run the 5:30 AM WODs. There is NO 6:30 AM WOD during this week.
