ONE (1) WOD at 9 AM

Open Gym 8 AM to 12 PM

Saturday:
Open Gym as usual (8 AM to 12 PM)

6 Rounds:
2 front squats right into 2 back squats. Increase weight each round.
3 Extra back squat singles at the end increasing weight.
2 weighted KB lunges each leg between sets.

4 rounds; rest 3 mins between rounds.
Row 1000 m.
