Question of the Day:
Are you more interested in repping a movement at a moderate weight to practice solid technique, 
or are you more interested in getting a PR, no matter how ugly your technique? 
Think about whether your answer reflects your practice or your ideals. 
Reality needs to match the ideals in your head for fitness longevity.

2 front squat + 2 back squat 
3 KB lunges each leg in between (53/35)
13 minutes, every 30 seconds: 
2 burpee box jumps 
3 CTB (or 1 MU)
