1 snatch-grip deadlift, then reset for 1 just-below-the-knee squat snatch
1 belly pullup between each round

"Bionic Elbow"
16 min AMRAP
1 strict L-sit pullup or muscle-up (either is Rx)
3 power snatch (115/75)
3 box jump (24"/20")
6 total rope climbs, or 3 legless rope climbs from seated position (must get all of the rope climbs in 16 minutes)
