Two times a week for the next 5 weeks we are focusing on deadlifts with the following goal:  dynamic, fairly light, explosive pulls in good positions. Think about trying to clean the weight off the ground. In between rounds, we'll throw in 1 heavy front squat at or slightly above your max clean. The deadlift will alternate between sumo and traditional each week.
