Gym hours this weekend....

Friday:  
5:30 am, 
Noon, 
4:30 PM -- open gym or WOD -- coached by Twitterless Ryan or Mister 450lb back squat man (He answers to both names).

Saturday:  
Open gym from 8-10am

Come support the 12 folks competing in the Urban Games!

WOD
Reverse tabata MU or progression

Reverse tabata hs walk

Run 2.1 miles (end of bike path and back)
50 push-ups halfway down
50 push-ups at the end
