Back squats @ 80 percent 1 RM:  
7 rounds of 5
3 kb lunges ea leg in between rounds
--
3 minute intervals, 8 rounds:  
SPRINT to edge of blacktop and back (straight out front door 160 m) 
8 CTB pullups. 
Rest. 

***Keep the sprint a sprint. Drop pullups if needed.
