This is old news, but just in case you missed it ladies, here are some reasons why strength training a) will NOT make you "huge" and b) is VERY good for your figure (among other benefits).
Today's WOD is all about strength. A strong Warrior is a survivor, so welcome back, CrossFit Total. The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift. The CF Total reflects an athlete's functional strength capacity.
