Warriors, let's think about the last time we had thrusters and pullups on the menu. If you were there that day, recall how far you were able to get through "Fran" in each 2 minute block of each round. Many of you were able to get through most of, if not all of, the 21-15-9 sets of reps for thrusters and pullups. Ergo, I think you all can push harder and faster when "Fran" is the only thing on which you have to focus. With that, bust a move on this today, Warriors. We know you have it in you. Surprise yourselves!
