Strength:
9 Rounds
2 push press (take 4 sets to work up to 90% 1 RM and finish last 5 sets @ 90% 1 RM)
--
200 lunges
Every pause longer than 3 seconds, perform 8 burpees and 8 KB swings (AHAP)
